RTG: Cassidy

This...sure took me forever but I finally managed to finish it! I had meant for Cassidy to evolve one day even before he was introduced into this group with a new type though chances were always that I would never get to explore all of his perks in any other place, so I am content with his development so far--even if I still like his old design

History: Little Cassidy was born at a Pokemon Ranch, surrounded not just by friends but also in the company of someone who had been by his side literally for all his life. It was one of those rare miracles of nature where two babies hatched from the same egg, thus being born as twins and a very strong bond forming even before the egg cracked.

Ever since they both came out from the egg, Cassidy was considerably more fragile and shy than his sibling, although he remained cheerful for the most part since life had been good and gave the pair everything they needed. They were never raised for battling though and were instead fated to triumph over the world of Pokemon Contests, with Cassidy always providing support to his twin and that being part of why they came victorious many times, despite they also had their good share of loses.

Sadly, these days were not bound to last forever and one day of summer, the barn where the eggs and some of the other pokemon took shelter from the intense heat was set on fire mysteriously (most people guess it was from the high temperatures). Cassidy was currently resting inside and despite he perceived the smoke and was woken up by his sibing's desperate cries he was surprised by a burning piece from the roof that fell before him. Scared, he tried to find any other way out but the stench from the smoke dazed him long enough to have a beam from the barn fall on him.
With his last breaths he tried calling out for his brother, crying as much as he could with his Hyper Voice, but the sound was dulled from the inhaled veil of smoke and soon he passed out, to perish in an infernal grave.

Yet, Cassidy found himself waking up in a strange place with no one but a strange sadistic man in company of a winged Ninetales.
Due to Cassidy's jumpy and insecure nature he tried to flee from the man, just to realize his legs were traslucent and would not support his whole weight. Though luckily for him, the Ninetales took him under her wings (literally and figuratively) as her new cub and provide him with the safety and support he required to face the new land.

Personality: After a dark incident, Cassidy lost part of his naivety and wish to never hurt, though he is not a sadist or one who seeks to satisfy blood lust, he does hold a slightly more grim demeanor behind his usual smiling faces. He thinks of the world as a cruel place that will not miss him if something was to happen to him and so he has a less paranoid view of those around him in the sense of people not being there for him. His abandonment issues persist so now he attempts to comfort himself with the idea that nobody really cared for him as much as they might have seem at first, with a few exceptions, yet he will not ourtwardly blame the world for his misfortunes and instead greets the challenges of his existence with an eerie smile regardless of how harsh circumstances might become. For all these reasons even if he remains subtly clingy he now reserves that to those he has either met previously and confirmed do not mind the contact or the ones who initiate it after running into them once or twice without any issues arising.
He also became quiet to the point of appearing almost mute, yet a few notes will come from his mouth usually to imply an state of zeal that might become more apparent with his always playful and childish notions. His silence does not mean he is as shy as he might used to be since he is forced to take an slightly more bold approach to make his points accross more easily by using heavy body language.
In a summary, from the outside there have been little changes in his demeanor, he is still friendly and easy to approach but more difficult to convince about forming stronger bonds. His inward dispositions and ways to cope with situations suffered the biggest changes to the point he is more wary and conscious of his surroundings as well as less prone blurt out his inner worries by filling himself with twisted optimism.

Likes: Singing, good singing voices, attention, soft objects such as pillows and well-kept feathers, the sky, watching clouds (they give him a feeling of nostalgia for some reason), flying up high and traveling.

Dislikes: Surprise attacks, physical contact from strangers (on first meetings), being confined (mild level of claustrophobia), smell of coal or something burning in general.
Extra:

-Cassidy after evolving can still not walk. A hint as to why this did not change can be found in his familiar.

-The lullaby he sings lacks actual words, they are sounds and notes carefully placed togeher to form a song with no real lyrics.

-His ghost type allows him to hover above the ground to avoid putting weight on his useless legs, but he is also capable of flying up high thanks to his secondary type so it is different from levitation. A pair of shadow-like black wings appear behind his shoulders (though they lack a connection to his body and just float around) when he must gain altitude.

-His 'odd' eye is nothing too special but it does allow him to see better at night. It also flickers lightly like a flare sometimes and his mood will make the iris turn brighter or duller.

-Pear, his familiar shows up more often as a symbol of Cassidy's boost in confidence and more laid back nature. He keeps the boy company but he is prone to disappear when strangers come near to reflect the fact the Altaria does not trust others as easily anymore. He also suffered a big change in size that might make it look intimidating when he is actually very passive (this is based on the concept of 'friendly' ghosts and how despite spirits are regarded as scary some might be just there and not produce harm). Pear now stands at 270cm/8.85ft from his feet to the top of his head (no hairs included!) so he can carry up to two people on his back or three average children--if you manage to make him tangible enough that is.

-The reason why he avoids speaking is because his voice suffered after his incident and consequent evolution. Whenever he speaks at a normal volume his voice sounds eerie, distorted and shows a bizarre echo effect (think of it as the voices of some ghosts or demons with overlapping voices all over the places). To avoid this from becoming too bothersome or evident Cassidy will only speak in a low tone in order to lessen the echo and distortion, despite he is capable of clearing his voice when he Sings this can turn straining and thus he saves this only in case he needs to use his move. For Hyper Voice he does not bother into adjusting his pitch and simply releases a shriek or a screech (perhaps like this except higher/more screechy).

-A wide line of stitches can be found crossing the left side of his chest, he is very paranoid about this specific scar and he will not show it openly unless he trusts whoever is present. Despite it does not hurt anymore he gets nervous if the area is touched, especially by anyone's hand.</sub>
